Health and well-being is one of the biggest growth areas in Network Marketing today. From healthy eating to exercise and nutrition, making sure you're at the peak of well-being is now an important issue for people. This is particularly true when it comes to health drinks, or liquid supplements.

Although nutritionists advise you to eat so many vegetables per day, and have a minimum amount of fruit per day, it's often easier said than done. To this end, health drinks and liquid supplements have become increasingly popular amongst people looking to lead a healthier lifestyle. Products like Eniva Vibe, Xango, and Ningxia Berry Young are leading the way in this field. But are all liquid supplements healthy for you?

When Nutrition is not 100% Nutrition

Although you may think that all liquid supplements and health drinks are pretty similar, there are actually some pretty big differences. Not only that, but while you may believe that one drink is giving you the amount of vitamins or nutrients your body needs, you'd be surprised if you actually saw the amount of nutrients involved.

To put it into perspective, perhaps it's best to compare some of the leading "supplements" on the market, and compare the findings of ORAC; standing for Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity. ORAC was developed at Tufts University, at the facility's USDA Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging. The system is able to determine just how much antioxidant is present in fruits and vegetables - as such, it's ideal for testing out the antioxidant levels of different manufacturers products.

The Nutrient Test

One of the ingredients that you would expect to find in any health or nutritional drink would be vitamins and minerals and that's perfectly natural. After all, why buy a nutritional drink if you don't even know what nutrients it contains? However, take a look at any of the liquid drinks on the shelf in your local drugstore or supermarket, and you probably won't find a Vitamin or Mineral list on any drink. They will list ingredients, but nothing else. The reason - if they did, they'd be breaking the law.
This is due to the fact that if you have less than 2% of a vitamin or mineral in your product, you can't list it as being an actual nutrient, and this is where so many liquid drinks fail. Because they're normally single ingredient drinks or multiple berries, they don't have a combination of vitamins and minerals to advertise.

This is where Eniva's Vibe differs. Since it's made up of a combination of multi-vitamins and minerals, there are numerous nutrients in it. These vitamins, minerals and co-factors are the equivalent of the nutrients found in 11 tomatoes; 10 cups of green beans; 19 slices of whole wheat bread; 30 Broccoli spears; 96 blueberries; 12 orange slices; 71 slices of cantaloupe; 25 asparagus spears; 5 cups of green tea; and many more beneficial nutrients. Yet all this goodness is found in just one solitary ounce as opposed to having to take three or four different pills, tablets or juices.

The ORAC Difference

Perhaps the last word should be left to the results from the ORAC tests. Whilst the likes of Xango has an antioxidant score of 1506 per bottle, and the Ningxia Berry Young Juice drink an impressive 30,000, Eniva Vibe comes out with a staggering score of 100,000 per bottle. No wonder the health drink companies will compare their product with other juice products, but not Vibe - it wouldn't be good for their health...
