Try to get inside the mind of your prospects: how would you feel if someone was trying to sell you on something you may not even have a want, desire or need for? Are you attracted to them? Or probably the opposite? Most people would be repulsed!

Step 1 for successful MLM recruiting: stop trying to pitch and sell! People don't like to be sold - but they do like to buy! The key is they have to first sell THEMSELF on YOU. It's important that they like, trust and respect you both personally and in business.

How do you do that? First of all, you concentrate on the needs of your prospects: what problems can you help them with. Then, provide them with high-value information that will help them with their problems. This creates trusts and builds a bond (while branding you as a leader along the way). Over time as your prospects receive more and more value, you are now the expert from all the incredible help you've provided them. Now they'll start listening to your recommendations and start buying from you - even asking you what they should buy. All of a sudden people are magnetically attracted to you, they want to follow and join you in whatever you are doing.

And guess how your mindset changes? The fear dissolves, your confidence splashes onto the scene, and now instead of scarcity your world is one of a abundance. MLM recruiting becomes easy when you're able to master attraction marketing like the top earners have.
