Five points on life. Dated 08.10.08 1. every one of us must try to live beyond death. It is possible. If we do good works, the people around us shall be remembering our good works even after our death and if we have done something permanent, the people shall keep us alive in their memories beyond our death and we all must try to have such a position in hearts of people around us and we can achieve this status by doing good things for others around us. People never forget a good person and we should become a good person. 2. We may be having faith in any one religion, but at the same time, we must know that all the religions are giving us the same guide lines and therefore, we should have respect and regard for all the religions and we must become secular in outlook. We should not hate any religion and people in that religion nor we should try to establish that our religion is the best and therefore, we should try to avoid becoming fundamentalists. 3. God is in us and therefore, we should not try to locate God in religious places and in jungles. We may read religious books or we may not read religious books, we are religious people if we just believe in the existence of God and we feel His presence at every place and we are acting honestly and clearly before Him. We are at liberty to talk to Him as and when we so desire and for that purpose we are not bound to perform some rituals and ceremonies. He is our parent and our parents never demand that we should sing songs in their praise and then talk to them. Therefore, we shall take god as our parent and we shall not dance before Him. 4. We should marry once and once only and whosoever has been joined with us, we should create friendship with him or her and make him or her our life partner. We had the occasion before marriage either to perform this marriage or refuse this marriage, but once we have agreed for this marriage, this arrangement and this relation must be permanent and none of the parties should try to break this relation. When we can adjust at our work place, in our family, amongst our people and amongst people in our society, we should try to establish and adjust with this life partner. We are to establish a home, we shall be having children and then we shall be bringing them up, giving them education, training and adjustment in life and all these activities need unity. 5. God is one, religion is one, we all are members of one family. If we are divided in countries, in religions, in castes, in economic groups, in groups on the basis of education, all are man made divisions and are not acceptable to God. Therefore, we must be clear at heart and we should not have any malice on the basis of religions, castes, colour, sex and the like and we should try to become one and we all must take God as our parent and we should take ourselves as members of one and the same family . This should be the goal of our life and we can achieve this goal and we must achieve this goal.
