Subliminal messaging is the use of either words, images or sounds which are embedded into a form of media. Visual subliminal messages are flashed faster than the eye can see, and sound based subliminal messages are played at a frequency beyond the range of human hearing, and are commonly available in cd or mp3 format. You will not hear or see these subliminal messages, but they will still be processed by your unconscious mind.

We all encounter forms of subliminal messaging constantly during our everyday lives. We usually do not perceive all the information a conscious level as it is not useful to us, and because there is so much going on we physically can not process everything. To avoid being overloaded we only become aware of what we are actively focusing on, however our minds still process this "background" information.

For example; if someone mentions your name from across a crowded room you suddenly tune into their conversation. This shows that you have been processing their conversation on the edge of your consciousness all along, but only now do you become aware of it.

Subliminal messaging works under the same principals - although you are not aware of the messages you are still processing them all the time, and through the use of subliminal cd and subliminal mp3 albums you can target specific subliminal messages towards yourself.

This means that instead of processing random information from your daily environment you can send yourself useful information to develop in areas as you wish. Subliminal messages can be used to help you learn a new language, improve your ability in sports, gain confidence, motivation… the list is endless!
