Does all this "fad" information really have the key to change you've been looking for to finally reach the end of your life-long fitness quest?
If you've been following the "fads" and are always ready for the next program, the next easy, quick answer to your struggle with weight-loss you are most likely very disappointed. What is it about fad dieting and new exercise techniques that cause almost all of us to "jump on the bandwagon" and take a ride on the next diet roller coaster?
We all watch in awe as the next diet pill proclaims its glory, wondering if this one is going to be "the one" that changes everything. Gorgeous babes and hunks (who I seriously doubt use the product) convince us that their simple, super healthy, "all natural" pill is our fast solution to fitness and health. It is sooo tempting, when we see how easy these pills, diet programs, and equipment commercials claim to be, not to mention fast & easy, the beautiful models sporting their "6 pack" abs, brilliant smiles, lean and tan figures, finally we're convinced and before you know it, you've called in your order, purchased the book, and bought the outfit.
Don't get me wrong, I don't see anything inherently wrong with the various programs that are on the market, or "6 pack" abs. What I don't like, is seeing people go through the yo-yo cycle of being excited, starting a program, and failing miserably filled with discouragement and vowing never to try fitness again. I hate seeing almost brand new exercise equipment covered with dust and being shoved into the corner. I hate seeing everyone (myself included sometimes) choking down the next great "shake" in order to get max. results from every workout.
Why do we fall for this stuff time & time again? Where are the real solutions to our questions about healthy living? I'll tell you where solution # 1 is, it's right inside your head! You are the master of your fate, and you can choose at any moment to live a life of health, vitality, and fitness. The question is...how? What have you been doing wrong all this time?

2. Is it true that you can make a radical change to your lifestyle without monopolizing all your time starving, or spending hours doing aerobic exercise?

Why do such a few number of people fail to make the radical changes they dream about?...Is it because they aren't good enough, they weren't meant to be fit, or because they were just born fat?
