Getting a Sexy Body Does Not Include War

There are so many workout and diet programs out there that it's hard to decide which ones are worth both our time and money. I've personally tried different workout tactics and diets and I know how hard it is to stick to the same workout routine every single day. It's challenging enough to decide on improving yourself and work your butt off to do so, let alone become completely bored with your weight loss and fitness routine. I had always focused on cardio and going to the gym to use the same machines every day and after a while it just wasn't motivating anymore. Another challenge of mine was finding good work out tips and suggestions for certain body types. Whether or not you're trying to lose weight, tone up, or get buff I'm sure you can relate. I know I needed to either spend half of my day working out with the method I was currently using or find a different solution. I had been given a lot of advice from a few friends who had also been dieting and getting in shape, and there was no way I would eat just grapefruit for a month or pay hundreds of dollars for "specialty food" programs when I really needed a better way to work out. I read an article about an up and coming solution that a lot of people had been happy with called Workout Pass. Usually I read things and dismiss them or "bookmark" them only to forget I did so, but by now I figured I needed to try SOMETHING. So I researched more about this program I recently found. Workout Pass, as it's named, is a bit different than a lot of the online fitness solutions I had previously seen, mainly because there seemed to be a lot of credible, expert information and not just opinions or people trying to sell some more useless crap. One of the best things I had noticed in workout pass was that there were guaranteed weekly updates with new information and fitness techniques. Workout Pass also included unlimited access (none of this "trial" stuff) to all of the 43 websites it featured - without any extra fees, mind you - which impressed me. I have to admit there are a few websites/programs that don't interest me, for example "Volleyball Workouts" or "Ultimate Fighting Workouts" but what I do love is that there's that variety available. Everyone isn't the same and people have different workout preferences, so chances are this program has SOMETHING that will fit you no matter what your body type. The workouts featured are those that coaches and trainers implement and use themselves in their programs for their clients, so they're proven successful and actually work. The network of experts and advice and the information that's added to it all the time is really incredible. I've honestly not glanced at another single fitness website since I've been a member with this program. All of the workouts I've used have been very easy to follow and they give great specific examples - including illustrated pictures and clips - of what to do while you're doing them as well. I was kind of apprehensive at first because I knew there would be a couple websites that I just wouldn't use but with the progress I've made from a the variety of others they offer I really couldn't be happier. I've just recently been using some of the interactive conference calls and online seminars they put on and it's been very informative from what I've experienced. I'm going to leave you with the link to the Workout Pass website. There's a better explanation of exactly how it works, and also a video tour that's helpful to get a feel for the program. The Good: Lots of variety and a workout for every desire you can think of. Very informative, well illustrated, easy to navigate and find whatever exercise you want.

The Bad: Not every workout will fit you, so you'll have to find your own style that works for your body type. The amount of good stuff here can be overwhelming since there's so much to choose from. Still, there's enough different types of exercises here that you're bound to find something that fits you, and The coaching/seminar provides good guidance to help you figure out what you need.
