My Face Does Not Match My Body

Alas, you have spent weeks, months and even years sculpting your body with regular visits to the gym. You've invested time and money developing slimmer thighs, a tightened waist and a better looking derriere and then you realize something deeply profound: your face is the problem because it looks tired and old.

It is all about the face and it is sagging.

Sagging facial muscles can make one look old, matronly or elderly.

Just like the muscles in our arms, legs and body, the face is affected by gravity. It is also affected by disuse. This means that normal activity using hidden facial muscles such as talking, laughing, singing, yelling at your kids or your husband is not the type of activity that will keep your face looking young.

Using topical creams and preparations may keep your skin supple but by now you realize that your face needs more than topical treatments.

There are only a few options that will stop the look of aging. Most of them are frightfully temporary and they cost a lot of money.

Some health professionals want to inject the face with fillers that plump up fat depleted areas. It is not uncommon for a paralyzing injection to be used in conjunction with the fillers.

Imagine your face plumped and paralyzed. Will it be prettier and younger looking or will it look like it has been manipulated with drugs? The results cannot be predicted before the procedures begin which means you might look over-inflated, droopy or waxy.

In addition to fillers that plump and injections that paralyze, you may be offered expensive laser treatments or deep acid peels. These medical treatments sometimes go awry because they are performed by slightly trained professionals with very little practical experience. If you opt for this type of procedure, please ask the hard questions regarding training and experience.

Surgery is yet another option in the anti-aging business. This, too, can be a tricky proposition because it's expensive, temporary and it may not give you the results you desire. Risk of infection, loss of sensation or paralysis, heart attacks, and even death are to be considered when thinking of changing your appearance.

What do you desire? Is it the face you thought you had lost forever?

And, you probably wish you could have it without spending a lot of money to recapture it. Right?

Well, you can. You can actually perform specially designed exercises that will lift your face and help you get rid of that tired look that has permeated your facial features.

Sound too good to be true? It is true.

Using resistance with contraction movements, you can exercise your face in such a way that it responds by lifting, tightening and firming. This magical method will lift your eye brows and forehead, lift sagging cheeks and firm the lower mouth while sculpting a new chin line.

There's more. Your face will look refreshed and alive. You will feel better about yourself than you have in years because you are doing something very positive about your appearance.

You can learn these facial exercises at home, at your own pace. This is technology for a lifetime and you will not have to add anything else because your thumbs and fingers act as your age erasers.

Using your fingers and thumbs in white cotton gloves will change the shape and contour of your face. The routine requires only minutes a day and as the routine becomes familiar to you, you can zip through the exercises with confidence as you see your face respond.

Imagine, day by day, you see changes and in just weeks, you notice that your face looks healthier, lifted and toned. Now you can easily pass for someone years younger. Finally, your face matches your body.
