This diet is a good choice if you want to lose weight fast, and do it in a healthy fashion. The diet promises that you can lose nine pounds in eleven days, which makes it an ideal choice if you want to get skinnier for a special event, or want to kick-start a long term weight loss program.

So you do get to indulge your chocolate and pizza cravings every couple of weeks.

So if you're looking for a diet that's easy to follow, gives you lots of energy, and lets you lose weight fast, don't be put off by its silly name - try "Fat Loss 4 Idiots" diet. You've got nothing to lose except for a few extra pounds.
