Now that you have a Coleman Grill at your disposal, all that you need is a good recipe. And although simply grilling pork and beef cuts will make a fine delicacy, you can add more variety to your outdoor feast with these delicious meals. Here are some additional recipes you can prepare with your Coleman Grill.

Grilled Beef Burgers
This is rather easy to prepare and you do not have to be an expert cook to pull this one off. To start with, mix in a large bowl one kilo of ground beef, chopped white onions, minced garlic, cubed carrots, about half a cup of starch, chopped celery, salt and pepper, and three to four large eggs. Mix the ingredients thoroughly with your hands. Once the mixture achieves uniform consistency, you can now form burger patties with it.

Now prepare your Coleman Grill and cook the patties until they are well done. Occasionally brush barbecue marinate over the patties to avoid the crust from getting too dry and overcooked. This will also give the burger patties additional flavor. You can also grill the burger buns, onion rings, tomato slices, cucumber slices, and lettuce for a richer smoked flavor. You can also serve this with ketchup or mayonnaise.

Grilled Salmon With Mayonnaise And Vegetables
This dish can be a real head turner with its flashy appearance but it is actually not that difficult to prepare. To start with, you will need a whole medium-size salmon cleaned of its insides from a straight belly cut. Wrap it with aluminum foil and cook it with Coleman Grill until it is well done. Then remove the foil and let the grilled fish dry and cool down on a platter.

Once the fish has already cooled down a bit, you can start covering once side of it with whole egg mayonnaise leaving only the head and the tail. The thickness of the mayonnaise should be enough so as you could no longer see the skin of the fish. Then completely cover the mayonnaise with finely chopped carrots, celery, turnips, and pickles applied in a striped pattern. You can also serve it garnished with basil leaves for additional design.

Sweet-Style Lemon Pork Steak
This dish is even easier to make. The key actor here is the marinating period. To make the marinate, mix in a large bowl a cup of soy sauce, two tablespoons of oyster sauce, pork flavor seasoning, zest of a large lemon, crushed garlic, and about four to five spoonfuls of sugar. As for the meat cuts, you can go for spareribs or tenderloins. Although an hour of marinating is sufficient, it is best to let it sit on the fridge overnight. Now prepare your Coleman Grill and cook until the meat it is well done.

And to make this cooking experience easier and more convenient, you can also use some Coleman Camping Gear products designed for outdoor grilling. These include non-stick griddles, extendable grilling forks, grill brush sets, and heat resistant gloves. With these Coleman Camping Gear items, grilling can become more fun and exciting.

And as you can see, these dishes are not that difficult to prepare at all but they definitely make a fine addition to your outdoor cooking. And you are not only limited to these. With Coleman Grill and Coleman Camping Gear, the possibilities can be endless. Just let your imagination run wild and you could end up with a feast never to forget.
