Being an entrepreneur attracts and charms the overwhelming number of individuals who either study yet or work for a boss and dream every day about becoming independent in their employment. There is surely a portion of truth in the praise for entrepreneurship the majority of people produce - it helps one become independent and direct his or her business on the way he or she considers appropriate and not only be an executive of other people's will. It helps move further and develop on the business path, becoming either rich or losing everything. It is in fact working for one's own sake, which means both the benefits of the work and its losses will be solely the individual's responsibility. However, one will never understand the hidden threats and minuses of entrepreneurship until he or she tries it on his or her own. The present article discusses the most widely known pluses and minuses of working for one's own.

Entrepreneurship: Easy or Hard?

1. The first aspiration for being an entrepreneur is to have a flexible working schedule and to spend more time with family and friends. On the on hand, it is true about business, especially when one works at home and does not have to leave the house unless some urgent necessity arises. On the other hand, working at home and having a flexible timetable means that one may have a couple of working hours a day and may have 24 hours of work every day.

2. Stress and responsibility for the whole business are not the thing to handle for some people. There are always some unexpected negative and positive surprises that await an entrepreneur on a daily basis, and there is no opportunity to shift the responsibility to somebody else. Hence, stress is the everyday reality of an entrepreneur.
