Melaleuca complaints shower the internet. The fact is, complaints from almost every other company on the market are all over too.

Melaleuca is a well-known company that has been in business for over 25 years. Their product line numbers over 300 and their distributor force is over a half a million.

Any project that influences as many lives as Melaleuca does, across the globe, is bound to have a few complaints.

Most of the Melaleuca complaints out there arise from three areas. If you are planning on investing years of your life building a business with this company, you should know why some people complain about them.

THE AUTO-DELIVERY Melaleuca allows folks to join as direct customers or preferred customers. The preferred customers get the wholesale price and pay a lower price the products.

The sole requirement for this program is that you agree to buy 35 product points worth of product each month. The monthly order for the average customer is usually under $100.

Really, there is no drawback here. As long as you understand the program you?re all set. The complaints always come from customers that weren't told about the auto-delivery.

When they fail to place the monthly order, Melaleuca will certainly scan the credit card and send the products. This is normal in MLM and is not a weakness of Melaleuca.

Even though Melaleuca is innocent here...individuals still get perplexed and bring forth melaleuca complaints.

STOPPING THE ORDER For years melaleuca complaints have also arisen in relation to the cancellation policy. For a number of years, Melaleuca has demanded anyone wanting to cancel their preferred customer membership to mail in a written letter by the 25th of the month.

Sometimes letters arrive between the 25th and the last day of the month. In these situations, orders are still sent out and bank accounts are still charged.

Some people feel this is unfair and have griped because of this policy. Melaleuca is well sheltered here, however, as the cancellation policy is written at the bottom of the customer agreement forms that each customer is required to sign.

INCOME CAPPING When Melaleuca was first organized, reps could build an income and collect a check for all the folks that continued to order products.

In fact, Various distributors did build large downlines and were drawing substantial checks without doing any work.

Melaleuca implemented a policy called ?leadership points? that requires all upper level business builders to produce a certain amount of ?leadership points? in order to get their full commission check.

Leadership points are granted for activities like enrolling new customers and doing presentations for distributors in your organization that result in new customer enrollments.

Many Melaleuca complaints arose when this policy was first put in place because a lot of distributors felt that Melaleuca was taking away money that they had earned.

From Melaleucas perspective, they are just trying to prevent ?the welfare mentality? from overtaking their distributor force. They don't want reps getting checks without contributing leadership to the people they had recruited to help them build the business.

As you can see, many melaleuca complaints arise from pure misunderstandings.

Despite the melaleuca complaints that do arise, you can still make a ton of money in this company if you know how to connect with mass numbers of people that want what you have.
