Comparative Study between the Bible versus the Quran (48) - B: The second part (Chapter 48:1-10) The Old Testament Verses from 1-10 says: Jacob became elderly and He blessed Joseph and his sons The New Testament Verses from 1-10 says: Jesus Being tempted of Satan. The Noble Quran Verses from 1-10 says: 1) Everyone even the Messengers needs Allah's forgiveness, 2) Forgiveness is a direct issue, free of charge and does not need confession to anyone but Allah, 3) Allah will admit the believers into Paradise; and will admit the disbelievers and the hypocrites into Paradise Eternal Fire. --------------- New Testament Chapter 48 in the New Testament is Luke 4; it is composed of 44 verses. Verses from 1-10 are talking about Jesus being full of the Holy Ghost returned from Jordan, and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness, Being forty days tempted of the devil. And in those days he did eat nothing: and when they were ended, he afterward hungered. I wonder if Jesus is God, Could or would Satan tempts God?
