Man Commits Fraud To Get Penis Enlargement

Jose Amid Juarbe was sentenced earlier this month to up to 18 years imprisonment after stealing the identities of 8 Lehigh Valley residents and spending $88,000 in their names.
With 26 prior convictions already behind him, Juarbe confessed that he stole these identities partly to fund penis enlargement surgery for himself and a friend as well as pay for breast implantations for 2 other women.
However, authorities have also discovered receipts suggesting Juarbe used these identities to get more than penis enlargement, but additional bank loans to furnish his home too.
Quoting in his defence: 'People think that because I'm gay, I don't have to have my parts working properly,' it is believed that Juarbe acquired these identities by buying personal information off Carniola Santana, a former Allenton woman.
Yet despite his claims, Juarbe is far from guiltless - no matter his primary reasons for stealing the money.
Providing these stolen identities to the other co-defendants, over 4 cosmetic surgeries were performed in total: 2 penis enlargement surgeries on himself and 30 year old co-defendant Manuel Delarosa, and 2 breast enhancement surgeries on 26 year old Maria Lopez and 33 year old Bendenissi Feliciano.
What charges will they face?
Whilst Lopez and Feliciano are still awaiting trial, Juarbe was sentenced last month to 20 years in prison where he will have to pay minimum monthly repayments of $300 once he has been released.
Delarosa on the other hand has been placed into a first time offenders program where he will have to stay for the next 2 years whilst he pays back $12,000 in restitution for his penis enhancement surgery.
Penis enlargement surgery - is it safe?
Of all the available penis enlargement methods, penile enhancement surgery is possibly one of the riskiest.
