Palm Beach, Florida - After reviewing dozens of on-line catalog merchants, GiftGeek, the independent consumer products rating service, has picked the upscale e-tailer, High Roller Toys as the Internet's best online gift catalog.

Using several criteria, including price, value, customer service, shipping, and return policy, GiftGeek found the fledgling catalog outlet to be "The hands-down choice" among the current crop of upscale, web-based gift merchants. With their closest competition, The Sharper Image, filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in February of ‘08, HRT has seen a noticeable increase in traffic to their website, highrollertoys.com, along with increased sales.

"The difficulty that other catalogue companies are having, had little to do with our decision," said Alan Parker, who, just last week was named the new CEO of GiftGeek, replacing Josh Carpenter. "GiftGeek has been on a steady path to success due to its concentration on value and service, as well as the pace at which they are adding new products."

"We're in process right now of adding 20-30 new products. That should be done late this week or early next week. Generally, we add (and drop if needed) products on a quarterly basis," said Brian Gidda, President of High Roller Toys.

The company, which specializes in "Unique Gifts for Men & Women," is fast becoming the premiere destination for value-minded shoppers looking for unusual, high-quality gifts. With items like Handcrafted Gemstone Desk Globes, Auto Focus Binoculars, and the new Tritium Night Vision Watch, High Roller Toys is one of the more promising and successful catalog companies, in today's down economy.
