Vaporizers consist of different parts and each of its part has its own importance. All the parts must be made from medically approved material and the internal parts should be strong enough to withstand heat and pressure developed during vaporization. Vaporizers also come along many accessories like traveling case, covers, kits and balloons etc. Major parts of a vaporizer are like chamber for herb filling, tool to fill chamber, chamber liquid, mouth piece, bags, valve set, air filter cap, air filters, balloon clip, hot air generators, solid valve, fine screen and liquid pads.
The chamber includes filling chamber housing, chamber cylinder, chamber ring, filling chamber insert and lower screen. The herb or the plant extract is filled in the chamber for vaporization process. All the types of vaporizers have chamber present in them. Whole vaporization process from heating to vapor building is done inside the chamber. Earlier chamber were made from the metal but now a day glass chambers are preferred because some metals react with herbs.
The second part is chamber filing tool and it is comprised of filling chamber pin, filling chamber disc for herbs, screen brace disk, upper screen, washer and a nut. Chamber is filled with a special tool, as the herbs are costly so a tool is used to avoid wastage. The third chamber is for liquid and it includes filling chamber housing, filling chamber disc for liquids, three liquid pads, filling chamber cylinder for liquids and filling chamber ring. Next important part is mouth piece and it has mouthpiece housing, cylinder and a lip piece, all are used for making inhaling easy for user. Another important part is bag in which the vapors are stored. When vapors are produced they are stored in a transparent bag for further use. These bags can be of different sizes.
Next is the valve set, and this set includes all things except the vaporizer base. Some people prefer different shapes of base so this set is used that can be fitted on any base. Valve set have valve housing, valve cylinder, valve cap, valve spring, balloon fixation rings and valve ring. Filter plays a keen role in whole process by filtering the vapors and passing to balloon. The air filter cap is placed at the bottom of the hot air generator and serves as a cover for the interchangeable air filter. A clip is also there to attach the balloon to the valve. This clip is an easy substitute for the second balloon fixation ring. In volcano vaporizers a hot air generator is there to produce a wave of hot air which is then targeted on to the herb or plant extract for vaporization process. The vapors then pass through the valve and reach balloon.
