If you are buying the property to enjoy the beach scenes, this restriction may affect your hobby and you may want to consider getting another property.

For agricultural purposes, the buyer will have to contend with scarce resources in some areas. Some parts of the countryside can't count on natural rainfall. In that case you will need an elaborate irrigation system to keep the crops. Such an expense should be factored into the cost of the land and determine if it is worthwhile to go on with the investment.

For people buying to move away from the noisy city, provision of basic amenities may have to be guaranteed by the location or the buyer should be prepared to arrange for them. Most notable amongst these facilities are good roads, potable water, power and communications.
