Profit Through Personal Consumption

I have spent many hours sitting in front of my computer trying to find a way to build residual income. If you spend as much time as I do searching for that elusive formula you actually start to wonder if it really exists.

The concept of residual income is not new, real estate moguls and stock market tycoons have been capitalizing on it for years, and those who understand the value of it, know that truly building wealth requires some form of a residual income stream. However not all of us have the resources or even the knowledge required to make these investments. Although one resource that is available to most of us, is time. As a result, the internet has served as a place for many to build residual income by spending a few hours per day on affiliate programs, advertising programs, ebooks, etc. Now there are tons of articles and resources on the internet that talk about how to build residual income so I am not going to spend time discussing the various methods out there.

However, what if there was a program that allowed you to make money off of personally consuming a service that you would use everyday and then get paid a commission for using that same service? Then what if you could help others do the same thing and then were compensated for your efforts, not by the people you help, but by the companies that offer those services? Now for this to work, the services utilized need to provide value and must not cost more if purchased somewhere else. There have been other programs out there where personal consumption required individuals to purchase higher priced items of equal value.

Sounds easy enough, in theory the concept is simple, in practice, it is a little more difficult, because if you are like me, you have realized that there is no get rich quick scheme. If such a scheme existed then there would be a lot more wealthy people out there. Although there are very legitimate programs on the internet, the key is to find one that make sense for you.

When deciding on a program make sure you:

1. Believe in the product or service

2. Understand and trust the business model

3. You are able to understand and communicate the business value of the service

The nice thing is this is not a complex undertaking, all it requires are the intangibles that all people that truly try to build wealth have, a positive attitude and a burning desire to succeed.
