Law of services------An employee must attain efficiency.



               If you are employed in an organization, it clearly means they had selected you on merits and when they were selecting you, they were of the view that you are fulfilling the minimum qualifications, training and experience for the job on which they are deploying you and they are also believing that you shall be carrying out the duties attached with that post and you shall be maintaining the efficiency prescribed for the job.


                    You shall have to take charge of the post and you shall make it sure that you shall be performing all the duties attached with the job with most efficiency at your command and if there is short coming, you shall be attaining that efficiency.  You shall be coming to the job in time, you shall be completing the work allotted to you and the bosses are satisfied with your performance. The organization may be dealing with the public or with the customers and all shall desire that that they may get their work done in time and none of them wants to wait for the work.  Even your employer wants that you should complete the work and take up the next assignment.  They want work out of you and when shall also be assessing what is your performance against the wages you are getting from the employer. 


                       You must attain efficiency and proficiency in the work and if need be  you should get more training and read books on the subject so that your knowledge comes update with the time and you are not left behind.  None in the organization wants that you should be sitting idle because you do not know the job.  When they had employed you, they desire that you know the job and if you need help, you should get and perform your duty.


                 You should be on your duty in time, you should do the work with efficiency you should complete the work in time and your bosses are satisfied with your performance.  And if you are in public service you must know that the people are the real masters of the country and they must be given complete respect and regard and they should not be kept waiting for the work which is attached with your post.  If you have got all the qualities, only then you should come to the job.  You must know that coming late, be absent and low performance all are misconducts and the employer or the competent authority can take disciplinary action against you and they are at liberty to give you punishment under the punishment and appeal rules framed for this purpose.
