Law of services-----Assets and properties.



              Every employee must be honest and he should not indulge in bribes and in corruption.  He must know that he shall be running his house with the income which he is receiving from his employer and if he has got some income from lands and properties, he must keep accurate accounts of those amounts too so that he could be in a position to give his accounts in his annual report of his assets and properties.  He must keep accurate accounts of his assets and properties and must also keep accurate accounts of income from these assets and properties.


                The employee   must understand that if his assets and properties disproportionate to his income, the employer or the competent authority can take disciplinary action against him and if need be, even a criminal case could be registered against him.  He shall have to give accounts from which sources these assets and properties had been coming to his possession and had been coming to his ownership.


               The organizations have also framed rules and under those rules the employee are required to have permission from the competent authority for purchasing something new beyond certain price limits and if the employee fails to take such permission, it is a misconduct and even suck lapses shall attract disciplinary proceedings against the employee.  Similarly the employees are debarred to to have presents from the people with whom he has got official contacts and similarly he is debarred to receive dowry from the parents of his wife or from the parents of his daughter in law.  The employee must be cautious and must keep himself with his wages and salary which he is receiving from this employer.  He is not authorized to have more than the resources at his command and if his assets and properties are found disproportionate, he shall be in troubles.  So the employees must know this aspect of their service.
