Persistence Pays
It is a common sight in every home that children by crying continuously get their milk.
Similarly a dog barks continuously for food if it is not supplied in the stipulated time.
These are attempts to achieve their goals.
Often repeated failures in the past put an end to attempt again.
If we read the autobiography those who were successful in life, we understand their undergone attempts to achieve their goals in life.
All of them have met with failures after failures in their pursuits.
But hey never gave up.
Failures are not the end of all.
They give an opportunity to think and act.
They change the path of our approach
Each failure teaches us a lot of things.
We gain experience.
We see people suffer because of poverty or illness in every country.
Still they try to get out of these setbacks.
They try all the means.
‘Necessity is the mother of invention', once my teacher told in one my lower classes.
It's true, most of the inventions were invented because of necessity.
Persistent approach to a problem will certainly find a solution.
If we leave it in the middle, no solution will result.
Today's top people of the world came up from scratch.
Because of their constant fight with determination and will they could shine in life.
Many failures in our attempt bring success ultimately.
The power within us can face failures and change anything in life.
I used to send small articles to newspapers and magazines and look for their appearance next day or week.
Invariably they do not appear in those periodicals.
I used to imagine that my articles were not in tune with the ones which the editors expect.
I read those articles and understood the style and the way of presentation etc.,
They I modified those rejected articles in this format and got them published either in the same or other periodicals.
Hence, it's always advisable to look into the root causes of the failures and work on it to succeed.
Repeated reminders to government offices, friends and others will certainly help us to get our things done.
If we keep quite, after few reminders, nothing happens.
Sometimes, it needs patience, waiting and understanding.
Therefore, one has to be persistent in their attempts.
It certainly pays.
