Make sure that everyone who intends to be a member of the partnership takes active part during these discussions so that everyone will be able to contribute his or her ideas. Having contributed their time and ideas during the planning and conceptualization stage would ensure the cooperation of each members of the partnership.

Once you have already drafted your business plan, make a working schedule for everyone. Since you may not have the same class schedules, it would be a good idea to let each member determine when he or she will be able available.
