With specific vocabulary, tones, and gestures you can make positive suggestions to the subject's subconscious mind. By doing this you can improve relationships, attract people to you, and create a need for them to want to please you. Covert hypnosis can be used to make positive changes in, not only your own life, but in the lives of your friends and family as well.

Using a spiral for hypnosis is a technique that helps the subject reach deep relaxation or a trance by concentrating on a moving spiral. By focusing o the spiral for several minutes the subject will come into a hypnotic trance. At this point their subconscious mind can be influenced by powerful suggestions.
Keep in mind that hypnosis will not work when the subject doesn't want or is not willing to make changes. Also, you cannot and should not try to get someone to do anything that goes against their morals or ethics.
