2. Covert Hypnosis (Conversational Hypnosis)

Covert hypnosis is a tool that allows you to communicate with someone else's subconscious mind without their knowledge. This hypnotism technique is performed during, what appears to be a normal conversation; hence the term conversational hypnosis. With specific vocabulary, tones, and gestures you can make positive suggestions to the subject's subconscious mind. By doing this you can improve relationships, attract people to you, and create a need for them to want to please you. Covert hypnosis can be used to make positive changes in, not only your own life, but in the lives of your friends and family as well.

3. Video Hypnosis

This hypnotic technique gives you the opportunity to have an expert hypnotist in your own home without the cost of an expensive office session. Video hypnosis simply allows a hypnotist in video form to use images and hypnotic scripts to make positive suggestions to your subconscious mind and influence your non-analytical thoughts and beliefs.

4. Progressive Relaxation

This technique is one of the easiest ways to reach the state of deep relaxation. Progressive relaxation is a straightforward strategy that uses the tensing and relaxing of the different muscle groups to reach complete relaxation. Starting from the head and traveling down to the feet, the subject systemically tenses and relaxes the shoulders, chest, arms, legs, toes, etc. Once all of the muscle groups have been utilized and the subject is deeply relaxed then the subconscious mind is open to suggestions.

5. Hypnosis Spiral

Using a spiral for hypnosis is a technique that helps the subject reach deep relaxation or a trance by concentrating on a moving spiral. By focusing o the spiral for several minutes the subject will come into a hypnotic trance. At this point their subconscious mind can be influenced by powerful suggestions.

Keep in mind that hypnosis will not work when the subject doesn't want or is not willing to make changes. Also, you cannot and should not try to get someone to do anything that goes against their morals or ethics. You can make unbelievable changes with hypnosis and should use it as a tool to make positive changes in your life as well as the lives of others.
