Most newbie affiliates or online marketers today are looking for what they consider to be the best product in order to generate sales and be successful.

But before actually selecting a product and signing up for the next big thing and trying to promote and market online there needs to be some work done on the motivation behind becoming an affiliate or internet marketer.

If the motivation is to just generate a second income and supplement an existing income then this will reflect in the sales and most certainly the results will be poor, if on the other hand the more determined and motivated to generate a life changing income approach is adopted, then this will be the more likely methodology to succeed.

Regardless of education we are all programmed to have set beliefs there are things that you are taught what you can and cannot do are reinforced daily on us through the schools, media, workplace and friends. For example the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. Yes that is true, but what are reasons for this?

The rich or wealthy have a different mentality and this is nothing to do with intelligence or superiority. The ability to change and adapt their business and then to see results of their actions reinforces to them that they are doing the right thing, therefore action equals success and this action perpetuates resulting in further achievement.

On the other end of the scale the working man or woman has the false notion that being in their current position is predetermined and unlikely to change for the better, this is reinforced every day as they go through the drudgery of daily life working to make ends meet in jobs that they are not entirely happy with, and working with colleagues in the same frame of mind in stills this into the individual. Therefore any escape from the normal daily grind is swiftly erased from their minds (mistakenly) that only hard work in a regular job is the only option.

Fortunately success and wealth is not the privileges of the chosen few, it can be attained by anyone regardless of background, education or ability, the only quality required is the belief that change is possible, whether it is to be successful in business, love, life or the improvement of ones self it's all in the grey matter that we all have between our ears. In to days high tech digital world the possibilities are even greater than at anytime in history, to make money from a very modest investment.

Here are a few tips on how to kick start that belief and change for the better in any field.
•Having the positive attitude that is resilient and an unwavering faith is the most valuable asset there is. Thoughts, Feelings, and Actions.
Thoughts lead to Feelings, Feelings contribute to your actions and your actions dictate your results.
• Avoid being with people who are pessimistic - people who would bring you down with their constant negative thoughts and actions. It is important that you stay focused and do not lose sight of your goals.
• Have a business plan; it will be easier for you to have a positive business outlook. It is better to pursue a successful system that is proven to work. This way, you will not get easily discouraged or disappointed.
•Always remind yourself of the reason why you started up a business. Desire to be out of the rat race, disliking your previous employment or your boss, or desiring to fulfil a dream.
•Always read and learn having an unquenchable thirst for knowledge will enhance and expand your mind.

The mind is the most powerful tool that man has, your limitations are only limited to the scope of your imagination and the spirit of your desire.
