Can Grown Ups Grow Taller?

The answer to that is yes, grown ups can become taller. Most people can grow taller even when they are grown ups and have passed puberty growing age. There are a number of ways to increase your height and if you do it properly, there is still potential for you to increase your vertical height. In order for that to happen, you must eat correctly, perform proper exercises, stretches and consume good supplements.
Begin by checking your posture. Our spine accounts for about 35% of our current height and if we have a poor posture we are not maximizing our natural height. So keep a straight back and look up to immediately seem to gain a few inches vertically. This is why you see catwalk models strut with almost perfect postures when they are on stage.
In order to grow taller, you must consume sufficient proteins, vitamins and minerals as protein is the fundamental nutrient for cellular growth. Also, do take note that alcohol, cigarettes, artificial sweeteners and refined sugars are calcium inhibitors. So stay away from them as much as possible.
