Perhaps, you need to look at how long you have already broken up with her. If you have just broken up with her only a few days ago, then you might want to consider leaving her alone for the time being.
There are several reasons why you should do that. First, if you have just broken up, you are probably not in a great emotional state. And I believe your girlfriend won't be too, even if she is the one who suggested the break up. Therefore, both of you will need the time to think through things.
Next, you girlfriend may also not be ready to talk to you yet. Perhaps that is why she did not answer your phone call. Since she is not answering your phone calls or replying your text messages, you might want to wait for at least 30 days before you try calling her again.
During these 30 days, try not to call her no matter how tempted you are. Chances are she will not answer anyway.
