Make sure that the bonus that you are offering will be unique and they will not be able to get it from anywhere unless they buy it from you.

The third thing is you can try to capture the customers' email with a pop up window on exit. So even if the customer does not buy the product, you will still be able to capture the customer data. You will not only be able to try selling the product, you will also be able to build your own list.
