Riding on the success of the Ultra Series mobile phones, Samsung has just added a new colour scheme to its U800 collection, the samsung U800 Pink edition.
The Samsung U800 is the slimmer cousin of the Samsung U900 Soul phone but does away with the sliding mechanism in favour of a sleek candy-bar design. In looks is closely resembles the Nokia 6500 Classic with minimalist design and a large display screen but the u800 is unmistakably a Samsung Ultra phone and offers a featured packed line up and a more advanced camera.

The pink Samsung U800 has been initially maunched on both Orange and O2 contract deals in the UK, although both networks offer a vast range of tariffs these are set to grow in the near future with further releases onto the other network operators.
There are also plans to make the pink Samsung U800 available as a Pay As You Go mobile phone meaning that consumers will not have to sign up to a lengthy contract deal but instead can simply top up their credit when needed.
The other advantage will be that those who struggle to pass the strict UK network credit checks will be able to buy a Samsung U800 Pink on pay as you go without the checks making this a suitable present for others aswell.
