It is a commonly known fact amongst most women that the conditioner a woman chooses is one of the most critical elements of a thin hair care regimen. In most instances, it is simply going to be a matter of trial and error for a woman, as she looks for that ideal conditioner.

Try a volume enhancing shampoo and try not to use heavy or moisturising shampoos as these can weigh down the hair, making it look thinner. Ideally, choose salon products or other high quality hair care products, these have superior ingredients which will not build up residue on the hair as some cheaper products can.

To get that fullness and shine, it is recommended to use cold water for the final rinsing of your hair after shampooing. When you are about to dry your hair, you should avoid rubbing it because it will just cause hair loss. Instead, you can just pat try it and gently handle it with care.

Hair products you use held great importance in changing appearance of thin hairs. Avoid products which further leads to hair loss. One of them is gels. Gels are no for hairs because they bind hair together and make the scalp much visible.

Use protein shampoo daily: when you wash the hair daily, the hair oils are removed, gives the hair more body so that it looks thicker than the normal. Using shampoos with hydrolyzed animal proteins, also called thickeners gives the hair more diameter.

Eat food rich in Omega-3 fatty acid. They are known to help in stimulating the scalp that doesn't produce follicles. Foods such as sardines, herring, mackerel, Alaskan salmon and tuna will do wonders for your hair.

Avoid using curling irons, flat irons, hot rollers and other very hot appliances, at least during the summer time.

Don't use any hair care products that contain alcohol, paraffin gel, and use only natural products that protect your curls.

Adding raw fruits and green leafy vegetables in your diet is very much important, since these are considered as main sources of essential vitamins such as Vitamin D and E along with biotin. Many hair specialists even recommend consuming prenatal vitamins, since they increase your hair growth by at least three times the normal growth.

Conditioners make hair more manageable by nullifying the electric charges caused by shampooing and combing out: many brands also have oils, proteins, and silicone to add shininess. Study conditioner labels and experiment to find out which is correct for your hair. Put on a conditioner following each shampoo, according to label instructions.

These are simple yet effective methods to grow thin hair naturally and without the need for medication and special treatment. Most importantly, they are normal things that can even be considered common sense and yet they are often over looked when it comes to preventing baldness and taking care of your hair.
