"I'm a single mom with 2 jobs and I never have any time for myself, what can I do?"

"I usually have to work 70+ hours a week just to earn enough money to keep my family going. I feel like a machine. How can I gain some control over my life?"

"My life is falling apart, but I don't seem to be able to do anything about it. I feel that all I do is work, work, work. I never have any time for me - please help"

These are the kind of questions arriving in my mailbox day after day. The single most common question people ask me for help with are their ‘everyday stress' problems.

There's no doubt a vast amount of people have to work so incredibly hard that their physical, mental and emotional health is already in meltdown when they first contact me!

The problem is once you're caught up in a vicious circle of stress, finding a way out usually seems an impossible task. Stress reduces your ability to access the creative areas of your mind, so your ability to find other options is reduced.

More and more people are literally dropping dead in their place of work due to stress. The scary truth is, it's becoming so common that the Japanese even have a word for it ... ‘karoshi'.

Unfortunately, sedative drugs such as tranquilisers, antidepressants, anxiolytics and similar medications only mask the symptoms of stress. In fact they actually do more harm than good, because they enable you to endure your stress situations for even longer periods of time.

In short, sedative drugs may help to keep you going when you should be collapsed in a heap on the floor! Remember that collapsing onto the floor - due to stress - is nature's way of telling you to "take a break!"

Even if you're not on any type of medication for stress, you might be using alcohol or cigarettes to help smother your symptoms of stress?

Drinking alcohol and smoking cigarettes are the most commonly used methods of trying to cope with stress. The problem is most people don't even realise this. They just think they're having a good time.

Like it or not, the simple truth is ‘stress kills thousands of people each year'. Furthermore, these are just normal everyday people trying to live a normal everyday life.

But do you know it's really strange, because hidden inside all of us is an infinite well of peace, tranquility and serenity that we can easily tap into.

The problem is you gradually close the door to your personal center of inner peace without realising it as you wind yourself up tighter and tighter with stress.

Close your eyes for a moment and picture yourself just one week from now feeling calm and relaxed both at work and at home.

Imagine every aspect of your life is easier, smoother and so much more enjoyable.

See yourself having quality time with your loved ones.

Picture yourself looking forward to going to work each day, because your workload has decreased and you've got more time to complete your work in.

Just take a few moments to focus on all this.

Put great detail into your pictures. Make your images BIG and BRIGHT and in FULL Technicolor.

See yourself laughing and having fun. Notice how the people around you enjoy absorbing your endless life energy.

This is going to be a life changing production - so spare no expense - use ALL your imagination!

You may not realise it yet, but you're now on a new pathway to a happier, healthier and an infinitely more enjoyable life - simply by holding those images in your mind.

This is how your life was meant to be, but it's all got bogged down and tangled up with STRESS!

Nevertheless, getting rid of stress is like getting rid of darkness in a room. You don't have to shovel the darkness out - you just open the window and let the light shine in. Nothing else is required!

Well, the same kind of approach will rid you of all the ‘everyday stresses and strains' within your life. To remove your darkness caused by stress, you just need to open your doorway that connects you to your center of inner peace - the light that shines from within you.

I could spend hours, days, maybe weeks teaching you how to reconnect with your own center of inner peace and tranquility. But why wait a minute longer? ... time to you is just more stress! And quite frankly you're past learning something else while you're stressed out!

So I've put all you need to know into an instant FREE mp3 download.

But it gets even better... because all you do is listen to this recording once a day and the recording will do everything for you. Its playing time is just 12 minutes, so you can even listen to it during your coffee break. That's why it's called, Coffee Break Relaxation.
