Cellulite is a common condition in women; it is not a result of being fat or overweight. Cellulite occurs in people of all races living all around the globe. Cellulite is a condition that effects more than eighty percent of all women over the age of twenty, regardless of their weight or size. Heredity, skin thickness, gender, the amount and distribution of body fat, and age can all influence the extent to which cellulite is present or visible. Cellulite develops from a number of reasons. The main causes though are circulation problems, water retention, and dietary factors that include food additives, chemical preservatives, & hormones.

Additionally, lack of exercise, excess ingestion of saturated fats and sugar and poor hydration are other factors in developing cellulite. There are different natural ways to successfully remove cellulite. One helpful way to remove cellulite is doing some physical activities. A simple exercise routine can be as easy as three 30 min activities per week. There are some exercises which help to reduce cellulite, and make skin firmer and more toned, additionally to feeling and looking a lot younger. One of the best exercises for cellulite is cardiovascular exercise. Stubbornly clinging to thighs and buttocks despite the best efforts to get rid of it.

Cellulite is the nightmare of nearly 80% of women, young and old, thin or large. Hence, trying to find the best exercise for cellulite is of utmost significance for most women. With a combination of cardiovascular exercise, strength and conditioning and isometric exercises, you can reduce the appearance of cellulite. Aerobics will help you to burn fat and excess calories. When you burn fat, you'll be getting rid of cellulite. Walking is better than nothing, but will do little for your fitness levels and won't burn anywhere near the quantity of calories that running, skipping or an aerobics class will.

If cellulite is on the buttocks, there are a number of ways to remove it. Doing lunges or squat exercises would be one way. Moreover, to extend the effects of your exercises, consider adding weights to you ankles or holding weights at your side. Exercise machines are another possibility to get you on your way to reducing or eliminating cellulite. There is no easy cure for cellulite. Reducing its appearance or eliminating it altogether takes some work and dedication. A good exercise regimen will not only improve your cellulite, it will promote a sense of well being and improved health all around.
