Providing A Solution For Our Sellers

Here's an interesting question I've been getting a lot lately, ever since I've asked you to start sending in your questions.

People are asking me: Aren't you taking advantage of the poor sellers who are in foreclosure? It seems like this would be unethical. I don't want to be involved with anything like that.

Now, you may think I'd get offended by so many people asking methis question, but the truth is it makes me so very happy!

Here's why

It shows me that I Have a group of very ethical students who want to make sure they aren't doing anything unethical or illegal. That's very refreshing.

That means they aren't just looking for a way to make a quick-buck. They are looking for a business where they can hold their head high and be proud of what they do,respected.

So let me just set the record straight right now.

There is absolutely nothing illegal, immoral, or unethical about buying properties from owners whose loans are in default.

In fact, many times we are offering a nery valuable service and solution to their problems. The relief we give them is like a blessing to them.

We help people. And many times we are the only ones offering them any kind of creative solutions and educating them on all of their options.

It's a scary time for them and we walk them through this very difficult time.

Now, I'll be the first to admit that there are some unethical investors out there who don't care about helping the seller. They are predatory, sleazy investors who prey on homeowners in trouble like vultures.

But that's not how we do business, and that's not how we teach our students to do business.

Everything is honest, above board, ethical and creating value and win-win-win situations for everyone involved.

And to be honest with you, that all the more reason we need to be masters at promoting and market-ing ourselves and the services and solutions we offer.

We owe it to the communities we serve and the people we are helping to educate them on their options and things to be aware of. Like predatory investors.

You can hold your head high, knowing you truly touched someones life and helped them out of a horrible situation.

The sense of satisfaction you'll from hearing the cries of thanks from a person you help, is worth more than all the moneee in the world.

You should read the testimonials of some of the people we help out of their situation. To say they are grateful is an understatement.

And you know what's really cool? When you do such a great job of negotiating the short-sale and selling the property at top market value, that you are able to give the sellers an unexpected check for $12,000.00

We've done that, and it's an awesome feeling. You should have seen the look on their face. It was priceless and we felt amazing.

We're not greedy, our focus is on helping people.

But make no mistake, you'll also get compensated very well in return for your services.

Now go out there and find someone to help.
