All moves in Salsa can be done separately or in ever more complicated patterns. I progressive Salsa lessons you learn the moves and how to put them together.
3) Salsa lessons that run in groups. By joining a class that runs in a set number of week at a time they are likely to be structured and have a clear focused on where you will be at the end of the set of Salsa lessons. I have found that these types of Salsa lessons are much more effective at teaching the students especially beginners.
4) Salsa lessons with free dancing afterwards. There are a lot of Salsa lessons taking place in clubs, these have free dancing afterwards which is invaluable in helping you to fix what you have learn in the lesson in your head.
