Just as we saw at the Tokyo Game Show last year, DECA Sports by Hudson or DecaSporta within Japan includes ten sports minigames for the Nintendo Wii. DECA Sports has a release date set for the summer of two thousand and eight that was just announced, so including several summer sports only appears natural. Even though the collection includes sports like archery, beach volleyball, and badminton, the collection has contains snowier events like figure skating, snowboarding, and curling. When you combine all of these with basketball, soccer, and motocross and cart racing, in all actuality, you have awesome event hodgepodge.

DECA Sports will be able to distinguish itself from all of the other clones of Wii Sports with minigames that are less conventional. Even though volleyball, badminton and the racers play just as you would expect, the event of figure skating is going to take a combination that includes precision movement which is done with the Nunchunk analog stick and the timing set of the rhythm game being set to the music.

You will be able to glide your skater right across the ice, making sure to follow the trail of colorful dots that will appear. Once you have reached the large colored dot, all you have to do is give the Nintendo Wii Remote one flick just at the right time in order to perform a trick, the color will denote which trick you are going to perform. All of the controls are simple; however it is going to take quiet a bit of practice in order to keep up with the progress of the song, which will thereby enable you to complete the whole routine. The ability to make a turn is really a gradual process, so you are going to have to possess a little foresight in where you are going to be going beforehand, and it is being a little off course when you begin a trick which can put your skater right on her or his rump, which in turn will mess up the timing.

Even though you aren't really going all that much except guiding your skater and flicking the remote occasionally, the ability to successfully pull off a combination of jumps and the ability to go into a totally cool finishing spin is a very satisfying experience; one that really seems to encourage coming back for more in order to perfect your routine. There are some people out there that say, this game is totally a waste of time and that other Nintendo Wii games should be purchased instead of DECA Sports but with all opinions aside, it should be up to the consumer to make all of those decisions.

Opinions are like attitudes and every one has one, if you are interested in purchasing DECA Sports, you should take the time to review the game for yourself, even if that means going to rent the game just to see what you think and then you can make an effort to purchase the game for yourself if that is your final desire
