The Fastest and Easiest Way To Build Your List
I want to build my list fast. I want to set it up once and continued to get subscribers and most importantly it should not cost me any money.
The method I'm talking about is JV giveaways.
A JV giveaway is a website where a group of internet marketers come together and contribute a gift each. It could be an ebook, software, PLR articles etc. Visitors can get these gifts for free and in return they have to give their email address and opt in to your list before getting the gift.
To make this work, the JV giveaway site needs to have tons of traffic. Some JV giveaways require the contributors to have a list of a certain size to take part. The reason being so they can inform their list and drive traffic to the website.
It is win win situation for all parties. Contributors get more subscribers, visitors are able to get ebooks and software for free and the website owner gets a lot of traffic.
Since this article is discussing from the point of view of the contributor, it is important that you get in as fast as possible. Stop what you are doing and upload a gift and set up a landing page for the new subscribers. Why? Usually such JV giveaways will list the gifts available in a first come first serve basis. By uploading your gift first, you stand a better chance of your gift being in top spot on the first page. That's where most visitors will visit first. Not all visitors will subscribe to every gift on the site. Usually they will only subscribe to the first few pages.
Another important point is to make sure your gift is valuable. It will be best if the gift is unique. Why? The reason is because most visitors to such giveaways are marketers themselves. In order to better your chances of someone claiming your gift, it has to be valuable and unique. If the visitor has seen your gift a thousand times before, they probably will skip yours and go on to the next one.
