Dry skin is a major problem. Drinking enough water will not only eradicate nasty spots and pimples, but the water in your skin will make your skin look tighter and smoother.

2. Be careful which cosmetics you use.

3. Always wear sunscreen.
Keeping your skin protected from the sun can not only improve its appearance, but will also help with your health. The chances of contracting cancer of the skin, which can be fatal, can be reduced if you use sunblock. Some face creams or skin hydration lotions have sun protection as one of their main ingredients already. This can make a big difference over time, as sun damaged skin can be tight, leatherlike, and wrinkled.

4. Clean your face regularly.
Even if you have stayed in bed all day, it is still very sensible to cleanse your face before going to sleep. This also applies to the rest of your body. Grease and grime get drawn to your skin as you go about your life and might spoil your complexion if they are allowed to stay.

5. Use good quality moisturizer.
Hydrating yourself with gentle creams is a great step to prevent wrinkles. After all, there is nothing better for your soul than a flawless complexion! Apply the good quality moisturizer after showering, and you will feel great and beautiful all day.

Keeping fit will improve your circulation, helping your skin seem tighter and smoother. It might also add roses to your cheeks which can help if you normally have a pale complexion.

We all need a certain amount of sleep, and if we achieve this it will keep dark circles from forming under our eyes. The right amount of sleep is also a good rest for your skin, keeping you loooking years younger.

8. Cut down on the alcohol and cigarettes.
All poisons, like alcohol and tobacco, are bad for your skin as well, and you should avoid them if you want to attain your best possible skin condition. They leech vital minerals away from you, desiccate your epidermis, and deliver toxins into your skin.

9. Avoid junk food.
Vital foodstuffs, like fruits and vegetables, are fantastic sources of of the minerals and vitamins that are extremely good for your skin. Junk foods, sadly, can make your skin spotty and oily.
