Full sheet pack - This is a very effective means of eliminating the toxins in the body through perspiration.

Requirements for full sheet pack - A cotton sheet about 7 to 8 feet long and about 4 feet wide, one or two woolen blankets, and a napkin.

Method of full sheet pack -

1. Spread the blankets on the floor.
2. Spread the sheet over them after wetting it with cold water and wringing it.
3. Drink a glass of warm water, and lie down face up on the sheet in the nude, with the arms along the side of the body. The head should lie outside the sheet.
4. Get someone to wrap the sheet tightly around the body. The blankets must then be similarly around the body. The napkin should be wrung in cold water and wrapped around the scalp.
5. You may feel cold for a short time when wrapped up in this way, but soon the pack will begin to be warmed by the body heat. In 15 to 20 minutes you will begin to perspire freely. The perspiration will be soaked up the sheet.
6. The pack should be removed after 25 to 30 minutes and the body wiped with the piece of wet cloth.

Large amount of toxins in the body are eliminated through the perspiration. This is a very effective and inexpensive way to get rid of toxic substances from the body.
