We need to say this first before we explain how to do these breast enlargement exercises. We do not believe these work on their own. We do believe however that they may help to speed up or even increase the effect of breast enlargement creams or pills.
If you want your chest to be anything like this beauty to the left where they are closer to your chin than your waist then breast enlargement exercises alone are of no use to you at all. You will need some extra help from creams or pills.
The first breast enlargement exercise
The Pec Press
To do this just lie on you back with your arms stretched out wide to you side. Use weights, no more than 5lbs is our suggestion. Lift you arms till the weights are directly above your chest and count to 1 then lower. Do this 10 times and work your way up to 5 sets.
Push Ups
An oldie but goodie. This works your chest hard but if you can'r manage it on the floor use a wall. Stand about 3 feet from a wall and lean in till your heels lift slightly. Push away from the wall and back again 10 times for 5 sets till you can do standard push ups.
The Butterfly Press
This can be found in a gym and is probably the best breast enlargement exercise. Sit in the chair and set it to between 5 and 10 lbs, bring your arms in front of you for a count of 1 then slowly release back. Do 10-20 of these and work your way up to 3 sets.
Pectoral Push Ups
These are done by starting in the push up position but instead of using your hands to push up keep you forearms and elbows on the floor and lift yourself. Hold this for 30 seconds then lower yourself slowly. Do this 10 times and work your way up to 3 sets.
There you go, those are the best breast enlargement exercises to work alongside the breast creams and pills.
