The subject we are going to discuss today is very important. I know your are probably sick of hearing about the service you should provide your customer.
I know it is something everyone is always talking about but despite that some people still aren't listening and they are still getting it wrong.

"SO LISTEN UP IF YOU WANT TO STAY IN BUSINESS"
.............................................

What Is A Best Friend?
......................
1)A best friend is someone you can confide in.
2)A best friend is someone who doesn't judge you.
3)A best friend is someone who's love for you is unconditional.
4)A best friend is someone who is there for you in a crisis.

But most of all a best friend is someone who gives you there time without asking for anything in return!

You Customer Should Always Be Considered As ,
.............................................
"YOUR BEST FRIEND"
.................

That's right, you should at all times treat your customers as if they are your best friend especially if you intend to stay in business. How you treat your customer can determine whether you will be successful or not.
Forget this golden rule at your peril, miss treating your customer is a recipe for disaster.
I guarantee that if you fail to follow the golden rule you will fail and fail fast.

7 Things Customers Want!
........................
1)To know in which way your customer service can improve there lives for the better.
2)They want to to know what problems you can solve and alleviate for them, by the both of you working together as best friends would do.
3)They want to be able to learn more about the kind of service you provide and what it takes to work with you without having to bend over backwards to get results.
4)They want to know if you and the services you provide is compatible with there own expectations.
5)They want to be able to take a look and see what your offering them without someone pouncing on them and giving them the hard sell.
6)They want to thank you and compensate you for the great service you provide by buying your product.
7)The customer wants to know that they have no obligation to feel obliged for the great service you provide. After-all they would except nothing less of you and your company.

So How Do I Deliver A First-class Service?
..........................................

1)Well for a start you need to honest and up front with them just the same as you would your best friend.
2)You need to be bold as brass (a saying my dear departed mother used a lot) with them. Don't be afraid to state just how good you and your services are and how the service you provide is second to none.
3)That no matter what the problem you can make things better for them. So that they feel comfortable and able to make the decision as to whether to ask for more information or not.
4)You need to respect the time and attention your customer gives you and your company by providing answers to questions and queries promptly.
5)You must make it clear what it takes for you to deliver consistent value and content.

Once you are clear in your own mind what you need in order to deliver good customer service, then you can set your prices, company policies, and procedure accordingly.
Get your customer services right and your customers will remain loyal on the whole and keep coming back time after time to buy from you.
You don't need to become someone your not just to satisfy your customers all that is required is for you to be, `YOUR SELF`.
By being yourself you will always be comfortable around your customers.
Learn from your competition, what are they doing right, what are they doing wrong can you take certain aspects of there customer services and use them yourself or improve on them?

ALLWAYS REMEBER YOUR CUSTOMER IS KING OR QUEEN!
