A Word About Supplements

Do you want to know the best supplements to take for building huge muscle? Do you want the magic formula for building strength, health, muscular power and endurance?

Here's what you do to get the above benefits immediately. Go down to your local Wal-Mart or grocery store and buy food. You heard me right - good old everyday food.

Protein powders, MRPs, creatine and all this crap are just taking hard earned dollars from your wallet and giving them to big corporations. The bodybuilding rags perpetuate this garbage convincing you that the reason your not growing is because of wrong supplementation.

Never mind the fact they spew out routines that only a drug-induced bodybuilder could grow on. Think about it for a second. If the bodybuilding and muscle rags gave you a routine that actually worked you wouldn't need to buy their magazines ever again, would you?

And believe you me, they don't want you to stop buying. They even own shares in the supplement companies that advertise all through their B.S. glossy rags.

The only real supplements are food. Good old everyday food. Lean protein, fruits and vegetables and whole grains. Eat them and have some grape juice and a banana when you workout and you'll never need to spend $45-50 bucks for the MetRex shakes ever again.

Hard training and real food are the ways to grow. It takes time so be patient. We live in the age of instant gratification and the bodybuilding magazines and supplement companies know this. They are selling the sizzle without the steak.

Just like anything in life worthwhile, building a healthy, muscular body takes some time. Be patient and follow the correct rules. Train hard, eat real, healthy food and let nature take it's course in it's own good time.

I promise you it won't be that long before you build a rock-solid body in no time flat, without resorting to drugs or spending your life savings on supplements and magazines.
