Yes, they absolutely are compatible! The title may make you think they are not, but when you give it some thought you realize you are probably already combining the two. Many of us take supplements such as multi-vitamins or single vitamins such as B-12 or minerals such as iron on a daily basis.

There are so many anti-aging supplements out there today that we often take them without a second thought. We just know we want to be healthy and live active lives. For the most part traditional medicine has focused on medical or surgical techniques not available to the average person. We need to make an appointment with the right doctor to be treated.

Where should you focus your efforts?

When we get to the right doctor we are giving that person control over our health with whatever treatment is chosen. Wouldn't it be better to take an active role in maintaining your health before disease develops? So many diseases today are lifestyle diseases. Type II diabetes is a common ailment in our society brought on by tasking the pancreas to produce more and more insulin because of an unhealthy diet.

A healthy diet could help keep you out of the doctor's office in the first place. Trace minerals such as iron or indium are necessary because they aid in the proper function of various glands and often give you more energy. But once disease has developed we need professional help to recover. For example, not using tobacco in any form would prevent some cancers, but if cancer develops you need modern medical treatment.

Injuries need traditional medical attention if severe enough. Although some things can be treated at home, a burst appendix requires immediate traditional medical care. While it is true that many doctors today are recommending supplements, this is an area where we can be proactive by choosing the best vitamins and minerals.

Conclusion

Today the medical establishment is recognizing the importance of supplements. More and more doctors are prescribing supplements for their patients and many are combining the two approaches to improved health. We can do the same.

A lot of this is a matter of common sense. Knowing when to use alternative medicine instead of traditional medicine is something we can all be prepared to do when needed. Read up on alternative medicine in health periodicals and appropriate books. When you are too ill to make a good decision or confused about options it doesn't hurt to contact your doctor.

Educating yourself will give you the confidence to make a good decision. Eventually it will just be a matter of logic regarding which way you go when you aren't feeling well. Alternative and traditional medicine are compatible. Your sense of well-being will improve with a natural HGH producing and anti-aging supplement such as Indiumease.
