Deciding on your adult birthday party theme can be a trying experience. Although you start with the birthday theme, you will usually want to have a birthday party theme that complements your birthday. Here's some popular themes for adult parties shown in order of popularity you might want to consider:

Over the Hill Party - The "Over the Hill" theme party in always fun and very appropriate for those beyond the third decade.
