How To Recruit Like The Pro's In MLM
So what does it take to build a huge organization in the mlm industry? It takes you MENTORING a lot of people to success. But when you have the recruiting mentality…that mentality tends to put pressure on people.
Just think about it yourself, would you rather be recruited or mentored? Obviously you would like to be mentored. So wouldn't everyone! That means you need to become an excellent mentor…and naturally you are going to be signing people up in your organization.
A mentor can be defined as someone who adds value to the life of another. A mentor is some one who teaches people something of value.
So what can you do to get more people in your organization? Build your own value! Start adding to your own value TODAY, and the more value you add to yourself the more people will be coming to you looking to get a piece of your value.
When people see you truly have value to offer them, it makes you all that more attractive to work with. People want to feel like the team they partner up with has lots to teach them, they want to feel like there is lots to learn from you. They DON'T want to feel like they are partnering up with someone who can't teach them anything.
This is why it is paramount you build your own value. The more value you add to yourself, the more value you have to give others.
Having a prospecting system that produces you endless leads to introduce your business too can help quite a bit too, but if the foundational aspects of leadership aren't in place…it doesn't matter if you had 1 million people to talk too because people would be less inclined to work with you.
