Guys, you should do Kegel exercises to develop extraordinary powers of sustained sexual activity and the power to withhold orgasm. Once you develop your PC muscles, as you approach orgasm you will be capable of literally "turning off the hose." Not that you always want to put off orgasm, but it's nice to know that you can. All you minutemen out there suffering from premature ejaculation - pay attention - DO YOUR KEGEL EXCERCISES!

Guys, here's a simple set of exercises that can bring back a firm erection, create mind-blowing orgasms, and gives you a healthy prostate. Strong PC muscles give you the ability to stop the flow of ejaculate during orgasm, thereby delaying and prolonging your fun. When you finally do ejaculate, you might splatter the headboard behind you.

Kegel exercises, also called PC exercises strengthen the pubbocoxygennus muscle or PC muscles. The PC muscle surrounds your anus and prostate gland. The PC muscle is the muscle that pumps when you ejaculate. Strengthening - and learning to control - this muscles is essential.

To find your PC muscle, start to urinate then stop in midstream. The muscles that stop the flow of urine and pump when you ejaculate are the muscles to exercise. If you have trouble stopping the flow of urine, you probably also have weak orgasms. Do not exercise them while urinating.

PC clamps: Squeeze and release, over and over. Start with "sets" of twenty, and build up to sets of 100 or more. Do these every day for the rest of your life. This is a great exercise while you are driving or standing on line at the grocery store.

Long squeeze: Hold your PC muscle compressed tight for a count of twenty. Build up the strength to 30 or 50 count.

Slow squeeze: Tighten the PC muscle as slowly as you possibly can - repeat as often as you can.

You can do these exercises anywhere and at any time, there is absolutely no excuse to neglect your exercises. No one will know that you are squeezing, unless of course you keep smiling while doing them, thinking about the next G-gasm session.
