These also cause fast aging among people. While free radicals inside our bodies help us generate energy, and they assist our body in fighting infections, there are too many of them that attack our healthy cells, thus causing us to 'prematurely age'.
Since toxins in our environment are increasing, free radicals are increasing, too. This is the main reason why our bodies weaken easily, including our cells. There are some supplements that can help us in countering the effects of free radicals and toxins.
