Bonus Process at Vegas Technology Casinos

Fans of gambling at online casinos have probably played at a casino powered by Vegas Technology software at some point in their time spent in satisfying their gaming lust.

If they did then they may not have been aware there is an entirely different way that bonuses are credited to the player's account depending upon which casino they chose to play at, and in fact there exists an entire network of casinos powered by this software which uses one of two approaches to awarding bonuses to their players.

One network of casinos add the bonus to the player's account at the same time the deposit is completed. Everything is automated and ninety-nine, point ninety-nine percent of the time the process is a seamless one in the competent manner it goes about adding a bonus to the player's account.

The second approach is one that requires the player to contact customer support after the deposit has been made, and request the bonus be added manually to the player's account. While this does take a lot more time and is an obvious inconvenience to the customer, it does present an opportunity which could not happen by using the automated version which is that it allows the player for a little one on one time with the customer support agents who may surprise you with the announcement that there is a better bonus available than the one which you were requesting.

This is a very likely scenario for anybody who plays the casino regularly and it may be that these bonuses are escaping your attention because you didn't see the email notice or they may never have been available to you until you asked customer support because as most of us know, the casinos are seldom in a hurry to do anything more than is necessary to gain your play so if they know they can get you to deposit with a fifty percent bonus they are not going to change that out for a hundred percent offer unless it is requested.

Perhaps paramount to this matter is something which actually works to the player's advantage. Yes it is true that by having to have bonuses added manually, that you are going to be inconvenienced much more than otherwise, but the upside to this is that the customer support can take literally an hour or longer to respond to your live chat request, depending upon how busy the casino is, and it is my guess as means to keep players happy, the casinos are allowing you to play before you get the bonus added to your account.

This means that a window exists where the player can go gamble their deposit and if they hit a big win then they can cash out at any time they desire because they never agreed to any bonus commitment. If they lose it is simply a matter of staying or getting in line to get the bonus added to their account.

Be advised that accepting a bonus after a big win will adversely effect the play-through requirements because they are based on the amount of the bonus plus the amount in the account. Since the casino never anticipated you're being ahead, the system is set up so that the play-through requirements will be based on the total amount in the account, and not on just what was deposited. This actually makes sense since what I suggest is exploiting the system although in a way which to this writer's knowledge has never been used to deny a withdrawal. If that is a concern then simply don't play until the bonus has been added to the account.

Both ways of having a bonus added to the player's account, have their distinct advantages. However from a player's perspective the bonus awarded at the time of deposit is going to be the most convenient most of the time because the alternative generally results in a waiting period which can be as long as an hour or more. The only time that having the bonus added manually is advantageous is when a win of some size happens before the bonus is added to the account because they do not have to continue playing if so desired. That is because they never actually accepted the bonus. For people who came to gamble however, that were going to continue playing anyway, having play-through requirements is really of no concern.
