Salt Water Flush

The salt water flush is a very effective way in flushing out toxins in the body. With this technique you will only need two ingredients. These are sea salt and water. This is so easy. What you do is heat up two quarts of water in a pan and put the salt in it. Pour it in a glass and drink it. After 15 minutes or up to 2 hours, you should have a diarrhea.

This will be more effective if you massage or rub your belly. You will feel rumbling in your belly and bowels. Go to the bathroom immediately and release it. Make sure that the mixture is salty enough, if not add some salt. Also, this technique must be done in the morning only. If you don't feel anything after two hours, you didn't use enough salt. Next time, add more. For the first 2 days, you will expel out solid particles or feces. You are going to have 5-7 bowel movements or even more.

You will soon realize the amount of toxins that have stayed in your body for months or even for years. If you feel the urge just go to the bathroom immediately. The salt water flush is a cheap and easy way to expel bacteria and toxins out of the body, this also promotes better digestion and appropriate absorption of nutrients. To maintain a healthy colon eat food with fibers yogurt, food with probiotics, vegetables, fruits, beans and avoid eating red meat, fats and processed foods.

You will also have more energy when you do this too. The salt water flush is a home cleansing technique, however even if it is so, it is best to consult an expert before doing this technique. Your doctor can tell you if you can handle it or not.
