Signs of Psychic Addiction

We seem to be living in an 'addictive' society. People are addicted to substances, sex, and people. Unfortunately, some people become addicted to psychic readings. Any form of dependency is harmful and psychic dependency can be all the more insidious since you are in a vulnerable state. This is why it is imperative for you to find an honest, ethical reader.

Many times people will 'psychic shop'. Some people will go from reader to reader until they hear what they want. Yet, hearing what you want to hear will not solve your problems. Neither will calling over and over again with the same problem. A thing must take its course. Some signs of potential 'psychic addiction' include:

1. Seeing an advisor more than once or twice a month.

2. Being unable to make a decision without consulting your advisor.

3. Visiting more than 1 psychic reader in the same time period.

4. Spending more money than you can afford.

Of course, the way to avoid this is to find an ethical reader who you are comfortable with and, who has proven his ability to you. Stick with him! On occasion it may be useful to get a second opinion from another advisor. But this is far different from going from psychic to psychic until you find the answer you desire. A little common sense will help you avoid the unscrupulous. Remember, no one, not even a psychic is one hundred percent accurate. Keep that in mind and be very careful if your advisor offers to banish curses, re-unite lost loves, or perform a magic spell. The rule is: if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!
