There is really no scientific evidence to prove that diet can clear acne fast, just as it cannot be really proven that certain foods are responsible for the acne that develops in some people. The only real fact about diets is that they help you lead healthier lives and so with good exercise and a healthy diet you will definitely look better and feel better. Naturally as the whole body starts to feel better from eating the right types of food and doing exercise on a daily basis, so will your complexion improve because your skin is the largest organ of the body and will also benefit from this change in lifestyle.

Food that may cause acne in one individual may not have any negative impact on another person, because we are all individuals with different types of body fat and skin. In order for you to determine whether a certain type of food is causing your acne outbreak, you should stop eating the suspected food for about three weeks and see if you notice any improvement in your acne behavioral pattern. You should drink lots of water, preferably purified water, this helps to flush out toxins and transport nutrients.
