Aside from Chevy Spark, Captiva, and Chevy Epica the company will also launch the Optra diesel version in the next ten days which will bear a price tag of Rs 9 lakh to Rs 10 lakh and will become the second model in the diesel sedan segment after Skoda Octavia.

Chaba further stated that the diesel platform, which currently contributes around 30 to 35 percent of the total sales, is expected to increase sales by up to 50 percent in the next two to three years.
