Tired of that uninvited belly fat hanging around your waist with nothing better to do than to weigh you down, strain your back and turn people's heads (away from you that is). What to do? If you are like most people this over inflated pest of a guest has been a real dilemma for quite some time. Kind of like a stubborn itch that won't go away.

How would you like to fight back? It's time to look in the mirror pull up your shirt and say, "one of us has got to go and it's not going to be me!" Listen closely and you will learn how to obtain a waistline to die for, while giving your belly fat its worst nightmare.

OPERATION EAT CLEAN

First, you must go about the attack very strategically. Don't leave anything to chance. You have one shot and it has to be right on the money. You must plan your work and work your plan. Timing is everything. You must see yourself accomplish your mission with accurate precision before ever thinking about going in for the "fat kill." To train for this assignment we have to get you in shape first. No more midnight Twinkies, refrigerator raids or all you can eat buffets. No, it's time to get serious. The only food you can lay hands on in preparation must be vibrant in color, be fresh grown, not be buttered, salted, sauced, sugared or fried and you must not eat more than a couple of fist fulls every three hours. You are allowed to drink. Only water if you are serious. Clean, pure water without all the junk in it. The only way to assure a victory the night of your mission is to be hydrated fully at all times. Drinking anything else is sure to wake up your enemy before you have gotten close enough and it's lights out. For you that this.

You have got to go in strong. This is vital. Lean protein choices are essential to this operation. Off limits are burgers, hot dogs, bacon, sausage and any other meats laced with pure fat. Your strict training regiment will include salmon, lean white meat chicken and turkey breast, egg whites (toss those yolks) and tuna. You are allowed to whip down a balanced protein shake (www.mynutrisource.com) but you must not get carried away and drink more than one at a time.

If you are "soft" mentally you are probably "soft" physically as well. Our next step is to build some mental toughness in you so there is no turning back. What is mental toughness, you ask? Doing it RIGHT when you are uncomfortable. Your belly fat LOVES "comfort" foods. Resist the temptation. Every time you do you build another strand in your mental toughness cable. Your belly fat's only lease on life is to have you eat whatever tastes good and make you sit down whenever possible. You will not allow yourself to fold like a deck of cards so easily THIS TIME. No, not going to give in anymore. You have had it. You have reached a point in your life where there comes a time that you are sick and tired of being sick and tired.

OPERATION FITNESS

Are you sitting again? Stand up and do some shallow knee bends as you read your next assignment. Why? Because the enemy wants you to sit, the enemy wants you to never step foot in a gym, go for a run or any activity for that matter. Are you going to succumb so easily? No way. This critical preparation step involves movement. Lots of it. Walk, jog, run, bike, swim, play, do yoga, lift weights, do cardio until you break a sweat. A real sweat. Belly fat hates sweat. It's like the belly fat instinctively senses, "Is something burning?" Learn how to burn. Master this step. Your ability to be a professionally qualified fat burning specialist is par for this course. Discipline yourself to stick this one out. Whatever your mind can conceive and believe, take action on and implement it can achieve. Your action is to be active. Your action is to eat clean. Your action is to come out victorious in the battle of the bulge.

THE ATTACK

The 90 days of preparation is behind us now. It's the moment of truth. The night we played over and over in our mind. This is it. You had better put your "game face" on because this could get ugly. Was this training worth while or did you cheat your way here. We will find out soon enough. The dreaded belly fat has chalked up many a victory because of quitting before the big night. Not you, not now. You were impeccable with your training. Nothing went into your mouth that didn't first meet our criteria. You stayed active, you got your rest, you visualized this day for three months and finally it has come. You take a deep breath as you step into the same room you where in just 12 weeks ago. You flip the lights on, you walk slowly over to the mirror and without hesitation lift your shirt.

RESULTS

Did you win? Were you able to overcome your old belly building habits? Did you cheat during your 90 days? If so, how come? If you were able to see yourself going through these steps and completing them successfully in your mind than you can do it. You have done it! Congratulations, you are 70% of the way there already. If not, what are you waiting for? Do you want your belly fat to multiply? Then start now. Start by tossing the junk from your refrigerator and cupboards. Start by getting active. If you want to be your belly fat's worst nightmare then ATTACK your fat. Mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally declare victory over old self with your lean, healthy, fit new body. Look in the mirror right now. Go ahead do it. Pull up your shirt and take a good hard look and wave goodbye. Because 90 days from now what you will see is an incredibly youthful, lean and healthy body reflecting back at you your true self which had been buried underneath for so long and is finally back. The operation is a success. Mission accomplished!
